Incuba Science Park (Jutland, Denmark)

Incuba Science Park has facilities situated in the immediate vicinity of three of the region’s most dynamic knowledge-institutions: on Gustav Wieds Vej right next to Universitetsparken – the University of Aarhus campus; on Katrinebjerg as an integrated part of IT-Byen – the IT City; and in Skejby next to a bastion of medical science, namely Aarhus University Hospital, Skejby Sygehus. This proximity underpins co-operation as well as commercialisation of knowledge.

Tenant Companies at LLN Science Park: While preserving the important sector diversity of its companies, today, the LLN Science Park presents, as regards jobs and companies present, a significant concentration of businesses in the pharmaceutical, polymer and software development sectors.

On the whole, life sciences, fine chemistry, information technologies and engineering are the Park’s four main technological poles.

These technological poles were able to be created through the presence of laboratories with an international reputation within UCL, developing sustained scientific collaboration with companies in the sector.

And the BioFactory Cologne with its 8,300 m2 office and laboratory rooms is located close to hand. RTZ as a partner in the networks “Biocologne” and “BioPartners Cologne” thus helps to promote biotechnology in the Cologne region.
